I am a level 2 reiki practitioner,  access bars practitioner, and have Swedish massage training. I have also lived through massive spiritual leaps over the past ten years, and have built up a wealth of knowledge on mindfulness, herbal remedies and self love. I am passionate about creating a life filled with love and abundance and sharing what i know.
